CIBA Vision is a global leader in the research, development and manufacturing of optical and ophthalmic products and services, including contact lenses and lens care products. From an internal perspective, CIBA Vision's annual sales meeting is a premier event used to inform, motivate and challenge business development team members. To enhance messaging, CIBA Vision wanted to create a fun and educational environment that would stimulate excitement and convey key messaging. In support of these objectives, CIBA Vision planned on developing an interactive game concept that would resonate well and generate a buzz with their people. What was the biggest challenge? There was less than three weeks to finalize details and create and develop the environment.

CIBA Vision had already approached another supplier, who told them that their project requirements could not be accomplished according to the established deadlines. Exhibit Concepts thought differently upon being presented the challenge. On a Thursday, a design was conceptualized and details finalized and by Friday fabrication began. By working through the weekend, the project was completed according to expectations and shipped on Monday to CIBA Vision's sales meeting location. On Wednesday, the property was set-up and by Thursday the night's festivities went off perfectly. The interactive "Hollywood Squares" concept was also a major success and served to generate the excitement CIBA Vision had anticipated.
