Lewis and Clark Exhibit

This exhibit titled “Lewis and Clark: The Exploration of the American West, 1803 – 1806” celebrates the bicentennial anniversary of the first United States overland expedition of the great western frontier led by Meriwether Lewis and William Clark. Exhibit cases containing 150 artifacts and large freestanding photo panels detail the travels of these two adventurers. The exhibit also highlights the fact that William Clark was from a prominent Louisville family.
