Dauphin Island, Alabama
The final step of the Dauphin Island Sea Lab renovation and addition was the building of a 10,000 square foot education/exhibition hall. This hall allows the Sea Lab to display the four habitats of the Mobile Bay area in a life-like setting. The four habitats featured are: the Delta, Bay, Gulf, and Barrier Islands. This expanded facility allows greater interaction through hands-on exhibits linked to the live animals and plant exhibits and enhances the support, graphics, custom metal work, diorama, fiberglass setting, and fiberglass enclosures.
