Emergency Contact Information
- Account Management teams will provide personal cell phone numbers and home numbers in order to be available 24/7/365.
- After normal business hours by calling 800-324-5063, the caller will receive our automated after-hours message instructing them to press 7 if they need immediate attention. Either press 1 to leave a voice message that someone will respond to immediately, or, press 9 to see is someone is still available in the building. If the caller chooses Option 1, they will leave their name and a phone number where they can be reached, as well as a short message. The automated tracking system will start calling the individuals listed below. If the first individual receiving the message does not answer the call, it will try the next name on the list until it has gone through all six employees listed. The system is design to cycle 99 times through all six cell phone numbers.
